The last few years have not been easy for anyone. You may be experiencing excess anxiety, feeling more depressed, or dealing with issues with concentration or motivation. Maybe the stress has started to effect your relationships, health, or school/work. I enjoy working with people from all cultures and backgrounds and enjoy the dynamic elements of working with young and transitional age adults. It is important to me that my clients feel supported and empowered and are given the tools to make lasting changes in their lives. I enjoy helping people become more mindful and present in their current lives while developing compassion for themselves and their pasts.
I am now also offering Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI). LI is a gentle, body based integrative approach to healing trauma that focuses on connecting and integrating memories and experiences throughout a person's lifespan. It involves the use of a visual timeline to help individuals revisit and reprocess past events in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
